Keeping up with home tasks can feel easier when you have systems that actually fit your brain and your life.
This 6-week experience is designed as a supportive space to practice and build routines that make daily life feel more manageable, comfortable, and less overwhelming.
Together, participants will explore how executive functioning (the brain’s way of organizing, planning, and getting things done) shows up in everyday life. From there, you’ll try out practical tools and create personalized systems for daily routines—systems that are realistic, flexible, and built to last.
This is not about doing things a “right” way. It’s about finding what works for you.
Participants will:
- Explore how planning, organization, and follow-through affect daily life
- Identify personal strengths and common challenges with home routines
- Try out simple tools and strategies for cleaning, meals, and organization
- Practice ways to reduce overwhelm and make tasks feel more manageable
- Build a personalized plan that can grow and change over time
You’ll leave with tools, strategies, and systems that feel doable—and that help your home support you, not stress you out.
